How does Bus Parts Superstore ship customer’s orders?
International-powerstroke-bus-parts.com, your Bus Parts Superstore, uses UPS for shipping your order. Shipping is calculated at UPS ground rates. If you would like your order to arrive sooner, use the drop down menu in the shopping cart for UPS 3 Day Select, UPS second Day Air, or UPS next Day Air Saver.
UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Does Bus Parts Superstore offer same day shipping?
Yes. In most cases, if you place your order before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) it will ship the same day.

Where does Bus Parts Superstore ship orders from?
Orders will ship from our warehouse in North Carolina, zip code 28360. In certain cases orders may ship directly from the manufacturer.

How can I track the status of my order?

Bus Parts Superstore accepts credit cards for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We use Authorize.net to process your credit card purchase. We do not save any credit card information on our site. Your information is used only for the transaction you are entering and it is then deleted. You can be assured that you payment information is secure.

Bus Parts Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have questions about application or fit please contact us before you order. Our return policy allows you to return any Bus Parts Superstore purchase within 15 days if you are not completely satisfied. You must first contact us to get a return authorization. We will then give you instructions on how to return, at your expense, any new, uninstalled product and undamaged piece in its original packaging. After receiving, we will gladly refund the cost of the item less our original shipping and handling costs.

Unfortunately sometimes products are damaged in shipping. If you should receive a damaged item, we will give you a complete refund or exchange, your choice, when you return it at our expense. To qualify for our damage return policy you must contact Bus Parts Superstore within one business day of receipt of the item.
