How does Bus Parts Superstore ship customer’s orders?
International-powerstroke-bus-parts.com, your Bus Parts Superstore, uses UPS for shipping your order. Shipping is calculated at UPS ground rates. If you would like your order to arrive sooner, use the drop down menu in the shopping cart for UPS 3 Day Select, UPS second Day Air, or UPS next Day Air Saver.
UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Does Bus Parts Superstore offer same day shipping?
Yes. In most cases, if you place your order before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) it will ship the same day.
Where does Bus Parts Superstore ship orders from?
Orders will ship from our warehouse in North Carolina, zip code 28360. In certain cases orders may ship directly from the manufacturer.
How can I track the status of my order?
We send email updates as your order is processed. When it has been shipped you can use your UPS tracking number to check on its progress. You can use your number on the order tracking page International Powerstroke Bus Parts tracking
Why am I being charged extra for shipping after I already received my order?
The complete and/or incorrect address (Suite No., Apt., etc) was not entered by the customer properly at the time the order was placed on Bus Parts Superstore and (UPS or FedEx) charged us extra fees for incorrect or incomplete addresses. UPS or FedEx will make changes to the address in order for correct delivery without prior authorization from us. We then charge back to the customer for these extra charges incurred at no fault of our own. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE BACK EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED DUE TO INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES ENTERED BY THE CUSTOMER.
Bus Parts Payment Options
Bus Parts Superstore accepts credit cards for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We use Authorize.net to process your credit card purchase. We do not save any credit card information on our site. Your information is used only for the transaction you are entering and completed securely through Authorize.net so we never see your credit card information. You can be assured that your payment information is secure.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have questions about the application or fit please contact us before you order. Our return policy allows you to return any Bus Parts Superstore purchase, except electrical parts, within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied. You must first contact us to get a return authorization. We will then give you instructions on how to return, at your expense, any new, except electrical parts, uninstalled product, and undamaged piece in its original packaging. After receiving it, we will gladly refund the cost of the item less our original shipping cost and 20% Restocking Fee.
Unfortunately, sometimes products are damaged in shipping. If you should receive a damaged item, we will give you a complete refund or exchange, your choice, when you return it at our expense. To qualify for our damage return policy you must contact Bus Parts Superstore within one business day of receipt of the item.
